Daniel is the Head of ThoughtWorks Retail Asia Pacific. Daniel has over 15 years of retail industry experience, working in senior leadership positions across store operations, merchandising, marketing and business development. He spent most of his retail career with a number of brands under the Woolworths Group. Most Recently he led the development of online businesses and digital roadmaps for Big W.
His role within ThoughtWorks is to work with retailers to deliver innovation that will change the face of retail. He helps large and small teams improve the lives of their customers by coupling lean thinking, the principles of experience design, and by leveraging technology to build moments of delight for both customers and retail team members. He is the author of ‘Battle Loyal’, an e-book that delves into how retailers can reinvent their loyalty strategy.
