One year in as Co-Founder and CEO of Pilot Project Brewing, a brewery incubator in Chicago, Abel has helped lower the barrier for creatives in the brewing industry to experiment, launched multiple startup breweries into market, maintained an industry-defining tasting room experience, and has built his niche as an innovator in the ever-evolving alcoholic beverage industry with plenty more to come.
