Dale Kim’s background in user-centered design span research and strategy, usability testing, and interaction design. Today, Dale is a User Experience Design Director at AKQA, designing for the various channels of Delta Airlines — mobile app, desktop, kiosk, and many more. His highlighted experience span across big box retailers, financial, high tech industries, and startups.

As a graduate of Georgia Tech's engineering and industrial design programs, Dale's path into UX has been unconventional but rewarding, and he's happy to share what it takes to make it in.
