She co-founded the region’s first market research & consulting firm dedicated to ecommerce insights and consulted clients such as ExxonMobil, Akamai Tech, DBS, and Criteo on digital strategy and customer acquisition. She previously managed Reckitt’s online business in Singapore as the Head of Ecommerce and managed a multi-functional team to deliver growth for a wide portfolio of brands such as Enfagrow A+, Dettol and Durex on top e-marketplaces. Cynthia is currently the Head of Marketing for Epsilo, a Sequoia-Surge backed marketing SaaS solution for ecommerce sellers. She also offers ecommerce and marketing consulting for her own firm CAOSE with past clients such as Shippit and Retail Asia.
