Craig has a passionate belief that he can help businesses create amazing products, all from gaining a deep understanding of their 'customer'. In trying to understand what the 'customer' needs he has gained vast experience in researching and discovering ways to best get the right information to help create the best possible experience.
He has over seventeen years of experience working within a variety of design and advertising agencies and large Australian and international companies. Throughout his career, Craig has worn many hats, from digital UX strategist, UX designer, information architect, UX researcher, usability consultant, project manager and visual designer to name a few.
Craig is currently Senior UX Designer at Nintex, and is keen to resume his passion of mentoring and teaching budding UX practitioners.
