Courtney is the co-founder of Well Made Clothes, an e-commerce marketplace which provides information about, and the ability to shop, responsible fashion, and the editorial director of Catalogue, a women’s interest website that covers "fashion and culture, without fillers or filters". She believes that making the fashion industry more ethical will benefit people and the environment everywhere, and she believes in coffee. Coffee is very important.
