Courtney Nash

Student, Mills College

Courtney is a graduate student at Mills College, studying Education Leadership with courses in Computer Science. As an undergraduate, they studied Recording Arts Technology in the School of Film & Television at Loyola Marymount University as a Gates Millennium and Congressional Black Caucus Scholar. Before becoming a semi-pro student, Courtney served as an advocate to foster youth with the Children’s Law Center and mentor at the Watts/Willowbrook Boy’s and Girl’s Club. Today they are a budding action researcher in projects regarding youth development and advocacy, equity in STEM, and communal knowledge. They also enjoy oly/powerlifting and commuting on two wheels.
