Corey Crossfield is the Head of Digital Development for music artist management firm, The Collective. A coder and web designer, she focuses on developing technologies in support with artist marketing initiatives and utilizing emerging technologies within the music industry. She is the mastermind behind SLASHATHON, the first ever music artist focused hackathon and named for legendary guitarist Slash, launched at SXSW 2014. She also organizes a monthly music hackathon series in Los Angeles called, Music Hack LA, a music startup focused hackathon called, Music Startup Beta, and other projects at the cross section of music and technology.
