Cooper Joel Penn is a St. John, USVI born and raised, SCAD-Savannah educated, NYC Photo Assistant & Lighting Technician developed and trained, Atlanta based Commercial & Advertising Photographer & Videographer.
Cooper has 10 solid years of industry experience and is currently working at the Lead Executive Photographer/Videographer for OneUp Innovations, Inc. He is a passionate visual artist and a very strong manipulator of light. He resides in Atlanta, GA with his wife and Business Manager, Nita and their rescue pup, Cassandra.
