Connie Herrell
Media Designer + Design Educator, Herrell Design
Connie Herrell is a freelance graphic designer and has held positions at a variety of companies in Cincinnati, Boston, Charlotte and Atlanta. She began her career in her home state with a BFA in graphic design from Eastern Kentucky University. Connie returned to academia and completed her MFA at Savannah College of Art and Design in graphic design in 2015. Graduate school made it clear to her that the use of technology—software, computers, the Internet—is creating designers of all users, not just people that like art. Seeing a need, Connie created a graphic design program that can be easily learned by anyone wanting to refine his or her design abilities. Connie is a designer at heart and she is most happy when creating order out of chaos—the tenet of design.
