Cole is the Innovation Program Manager at Autodesk, where he works on expanding the technology company’s presence in the Northeast innovation economy through forging relationships with start-up and emerging technology communities and investing in and engaging with the innovation economy.
Cole is the Co-founder of Boston-based health technology company Wellable, where he led business strategy, partnerships, sales, and marketing. Before founding Wellable, Cole held roles at Bain Capital and Goldman Sachs.
In 2015, Cole was appointed to a second term on the Boston Mayor’s ONEin3 Council and was selected as a Global Shaper by the World Economic Forum. Cole has been working with Senator Karen Spilka to draft and bring awareness to the Innovative Communities bill, a legislative initiative to help startups pilot their technologies with municipalities in Massachusetts.
