Clare Blackler
Clare revels in solving complex problems. Over the last 15 years, she’s confronted some real good ones: from the array of performance issues tackled for clients during the early days of her career in technology consulting; to leading a global business through post-acquisition and market disruption; to igniting culture change for a 6500+ employee operation; and then most recently, designing and launching a new suite of market-making products as an ‘intrapreneur’ for an $11bn company. Underscoring all her problem solving quests has been the desire to improve customers’ experiences and leave robust, marketable products. In doing just that, she’s developed a command of product management, and acquired broad skills in business, lean thinking and technology along the way.
Today, Clare leverages her experiences from working with Fujitsu Services, G4S, Hitachi, UPS and Bank of America, to name a few, to support businesses with their product roadmaps and growth strategies. She believes in paying it forward and continues to find ways to pass on things she’s learnt to benefit others, in the same way generous colleagues have done for her.
When she’s not in front of a laptop, it’s a safe bet she’s either off collecting stamps in her passport, down by the beach or bribing her two terriers to learn new tricks.
