Women's Leadership Coach

Boston

I stand for the uplifting of humanity. I believe we all have the inner capability to rise to our greatest potential, which will be different for every person. I deeply value the ability to act independently and make our own choices. Although not easy to do, this is available to everyone.

On my first airplane ride to the United States when I was a young girl, I vowed to learn as much as I could in this country and make the most of the opportunities available to me. Later on, my time working in the financial industry within corporate America, as well as in the non-profit sector and the arts and in my private coaching practice for almost a decade have all proved to me that you can still make a decent living doing something worthwhile for the good of society.

I am the oldest of seven children and the mother of an old soul. Being a proud immigrant of the Dominican Republic, I speak fluent Spanish and can switch from one language to the other at a moment’s notice. (I have ten years of immigration interpreting to thank for that!) Leadership has been a part of my destiny, and exploring its impact has been my honor. Among other efforts, I have worked towards eliminating generational poverty and support women running for state offices.

As a natural-born strategist, connector, and ideation and solutions person, I pride myself in guiding and helping my clients find sustainable solutions quickly. I choose to work with women who are emerging and developing as leaders in their chosen fields. I believe that my own example and my support of women and girls who want to make a positive difference is the greatest way I can serve.

When I am not speaking, coaching, leading a workshop or a retreat, I am out supporting a cause, spending time with my family or dancing salsa while I cook.
