Cindy Weng is currently an Artificial Intelligence Cloud Solution Architect at Microsoft, working together with businesses to create bespoke AI solutions in the cloud.
She was previously a lead data scientist at BCG Digital Ventures, where she developed machine learning solutions for disruptive technologies. She also worked for BCG Gamma to help large corporations restructure their data infrastructure for data science.
Prior to BCG, she was a senior data scientist at HelloFresh, using machine learning to predict customer churn for CRM, estimate week-by-week demand for supply chain, identify ideal customer segments for marketing, and create a recipe recommendation engine.
Before, she worked as an Advanced Analytics Associate for Deloitte. At Deloitte, she built predictive models for various clients in the areas of enterprise fraud management and safety and quality analytics. She also created a proactive sensing capability to detect safety concerns for a large automotive manufacturer in Detroit.
Cindy received her master's degree in Media, Technology, and Society from Northwestern University, where she researched team formation and corporate turnover using big data. She received her bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland in Information Systems.
