Cindy, a Director with West Monroe Partners, leads the High Performance Contact Center group in the Customer Experience practice. With over 25 years of experience, Cindy oversees the delivery of innovative customer experience strategies that apply leading technologies to drive performance and advantage for clients. Over the course of her career, Cindy has held executive positions in administration, operations, and customer experience where she led large business and IT transformation efforts, optimized customer experience programs, and developed and executed call center strategies. Prior to joining West Monroe Partners, Cindy was responsible for national customer service and claims operations for a large healthcare payer.
