After graduating from Northwestern University in 2004, Christy went into banking and investments. Though she enjoyed the business aspect of banking, she found her heart wasn't in her career and abruptly changed directions into wellness and yoga in. From 2008 until 2013, Christy created her own corporate wellness business and soon realized she wanted to merge her love of business with her love of helping people. She went on to complete her Master's degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology with a specialization in HR from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology as well as received her PHR license in 2013 and SHRM-SCP license in early 2017 . Christy now uses her HR knowledge, education, and recruiting experience to help business owners and their employees succeed. This combined with her finance knowledge and experience as an entrepreneur creates a winning combination that understands her clients needs and their budgets.
