Chris, together with 5 of his fellow brewers, founded HK Brewcraft in 2013. HK Brewcraft is the first brick and mortar local homebrew store in HK. In addition to home brewing supplies, it has recently added a bottle shop section in Central making it a one stop shop for all beer lovers.
Chris has been brewing for 5 years ever since he took a home brewing class at SF Brewcraft – the legendary homebrew store in San Francisco. Chris and his partners founded HK Brewcraft because they believe each city needs its own local homebrew store. Besides holding the title of beer dumpster at HK Brewcraft, Chris is also one of the few provisional beer judges of the Beer Judge Certificate Program in Hong Kong. He is also the owner of Kin’s Terrace, a Chinese beef specialty private kitchen, where he experiments brewing beers in a Chinese kitchen with Chinese ingredients.
Chris has a Master in Professional Accounting degree from the University of Texas at Austin."
