Chris Fanning has challenged himself throughout his time at Talener. Chris graduated in 2008 from SUNY Plattsburgh and immediately got into staffing sales. In 2011, as Talener expanded to Los Angeles, Chris took on the challenge of joining the IT staffing world once candidate at a time. His dedication to Talener and staffing allowed for seamless promotions and management opportunities. In 2013, after successfully putting Talener Los Angeles on the map, he was promoted to Group Manager of the Open Source Team at the Talener NYC Headquarters. His expertise in the LAMP Stack, attention to detail, and client dedication led him to then move to Washington DC in January 2015 to start a brand new Front End Technologies team in the heart of our nation’s capital. His willingness to learn, his success as a manager, and his drive to start over again in a new city meant that he was the first choice for the Chicago Directorship in August of 2015. Since joining Chicago, he has rebuilt the office, created additional opportunities for new staff, and trained the some of the company’s top employees.
