Chicago
Chris has been recruiting for hard to fill engineering positions for 4 years in both Boston and Chicago. He’s currently focused on recruiting for the ruby and javascript markets of Chicago and has built a successful brand in doing so. Chris brings some very progressive and modern tactics to the recruiting game by focusing heavily on the candidate experience and positions himself as an agent for those he is representing. Given that good engineers need no help in finding opportunities and getting offers, Chris has evolved his strategy to focus more on mastering his local market and vetting companies for his selective candidates. Chris also utilizes his knowledge of his market to help consult with his clients around their hiring processes, role requirements, budgets, as well as hiring strategy. Chris can often be found at meetup events, attending or presenting, or writing blogs so he can share his unique perspective on the Chicago market.
