Chris is the Manager of Customer Analytics at Southern Company Services in Atlanta. Southern Company serves over 4 million electric customers in the southeastern U.S. His team provides marketing and customer service analytics to the four Southern Company regulated electric power subsidiaries in Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi and Florida. His group’s main activities are data extraction and analysis, customer segmentation and predictive modeling. He has worked in the electric energy industry for over 30 years and also has experience in marketing, finance, pricing, cost analysis, forecasting and electric power generation planning. He has an undergraduate degree in Statistics and Economics from Virginia Tech and an MBA from the University of Alabama Birmingham.
