Born into a family of industry patrons, Chloe has been exposed to the vibrant, ever-evolving world of hospitality from a young age, starting her own career as a bartender, and for the last 10 years working in the marketing side of the industry .
Since losing her role at the start of Sydney’s COVID lockdown Chloe has been freelance marketing in the tech industry, allowing her to spend the rest of her time working on her non-for profit initiatives such as MosmanEating, and providing free strategy & content support to local hospitality businesses to play her part helping to get the industry back on it’s feet.
