Miss NJ USA 2017, Miss USA 2017 First Runner-Up

Born in India and brought up in Edison, NJ, Chhavi Verg is best known for being Miss New Jersey USA 2017 and Miss USA 2017 First Runner-Up. She won during her sophomore year of college and recently graduated as an honors scholar and magna cum laude from Rutgers University, from where she has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. Since then, Chhavi has become an advocate for women’s rights and a representative for South Asians in the fashion, entertainment, and creative spheres.
