Charlie founded Juice Shop along with his two younger brothers and wife in 2009. As a holistic health advocate , Charlie strives to share and inmpart his knowledge and experiences with the community around him. He strongly believes that individuals can improve their health and wellbeing through simple yet significant changes in their daily lives.
In his early 20’s, Charlie faced a life threatening liver condition, which eventually led him to the making a total pivot from the allopathic modality. Through a transformational shift in lifestyle, centered around a rich plant based regimen, Charlie discovered how food can heal and quickly regained his health.
He can regularly be found surfing at Ocean Beach or having conversations with customers at the Juice Shops. He also works closely with local farmers where he sources all of the ingredients.
