Charles has a combined business and engineering background, specialized in supply chain. He worked as a operations consultant for 3 years for pharmaceuticals, automotive and cosmetics industries. He am specialized on topics like SC planning, warehouse and transportation systems.
Two years ago, Charles moved to Hong Kong to break into the startup environment and he has worked for Lalamove since then as a global operation lead. His work there consists in building scalable processes for the company to expand and stabilize quickly in SEA.
Besides that, Charlesset up a think tank called Dive to explore solutions to make HK more sustainable.
