Charles Cadbury has been in leading edge technology for the past 20 years. He started working in voice with global Travel and Hospitality brands in early 2016, quickly learning the innovation was in 'Natural Language Processing' rather than just voice. He co-founded the multi award winning conversational platform www.dazzle.ai which in December 2016 was the first Alexa based concierge in a Marriott Hotel. Charles is now CEO of Say It Now (sayitnow.ai), a specialist chat and voice bot company that helps brands take advantage of opportunities created by consumers shifting to conversational channels.
