Cesar oversees every Android project for Fuzz Productions, ensuring deployment of the latest, most stable technologies in the Android ecosystem, including expansion of internal libraries and evaluating open source libraries to ensure consistency across projects while pushing boundaries. He is also responsible for deep dives into newer technologies, and frequently lectures on them to the wider company. He began his career as an iPhone developer, working with firms including RAS, Voolkan, Wale Up, and Big Feat Media. He is a graduate of Columbia University, with a B.S. degree in computer science.
