Cecilia is a manager for talent and organizational development and has been with Zayo since November 2017. In her role she designs and implements training programs for the global workforce, including a course for people managers that focuses on emotional intelligence, communication, and feedback skills, as well as sessions on change management and, as of late, leading in a crisis. Cecilia loves her role because it enables her to bring out the best in others and the organization. Prior to joining Zayo, Cecilia worked as an intelligence analyst with the Federal Government for a decade, including a rotation to the White House serving as the National Security Director for North Africa to President Obama. In her free time, she is busy with her two young sons!
