Cassie Cao is a Data Science Manager at Airbnb and has made a couple of career transitions prior to that. Four years ago, she left the Finance industry and joined Airbnb. At Airbnb, she decided to develop into a manager from being the independent contributor in algorithm track. She is deeply passionate about tackling new business problems and was one of the founding members for the "Airbnb for Work" team and the Airbnb Luxury teams. Cassie has a master’s degree in Statistics from Harvard, and was a research associate at HBS (Harvard Business School).
