Carolyn Lyons is currently the SVP, Customer Success and Delivery at the Jobber Group. Jobber group's mission is to change the way the world WORKS by helping companies identify patters of character traits within their top performing employees and operationalize plans to leverage psychographics and data to effectively build teams and organizations. In this role, she leads a team designed to ensure customer's have an authentic and modern digital strategy to attract the talent they need, internal processes necessary to achieve their hiring goals, and a mature measurement program so they can gauge the effectiveness of their Talent Acquisition and Management efforts. She started her career as a professional staffer in the U.S. House of Representatives helping reform the Intelligence Community in the wake of 9/11, where she gained a unique appreciation for the critical role that culture, talent, and technology play in large scale change management and organizational improvement. She met her husband (a Colorado native), who convinced her to leave her DC career and move to this great state - and she hasn't looked back!
