Carol Tran is a growth hacker, serial entrepreneur, and marketer who uses her self-formulated Three Pillars of Marketing (Product, Analytics, and Branding) to scale companies quickly with limited resources. She is currently the Head of Growth at Bahwan Cybertek, a technology company that specializes in prescriptive analytics, connected technology innovation, cognitive computing, and engineering digital organizations. Prior to her current role, she started three businesses utilizing digital marketing to grow her customer base and revenue. She has worked and consulted with many prominent companies, such as, Nordstrom, Microsoft, Bare Escentuals, Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie, Zenni Optical, and the San Francisco Opera.
