The goal is to enable them to cope effectively with life's stressors, uplift their innate potential, manifest compassion, promote emotional regulation, develop wisdom and happiness.
I am trained to deliver Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Workplace Mindfulness and Mindfulness for Teens. I have run corporate in-house mindfulness programs for various locan and multinational companies and have designed customized in-house facilitators' programs to help companies kickstart a mindfulness culture. I am also a Certified Workplace Trainer (ACTA) with WDA, and Yoga Instructor for both adults and kids.
Spent first fifteen years of career in the areas of consulting, strategy, analytics, revenue management and marketing. I am known to be highly analytical, flexible, a strategic thinker with keen business acumen, out-of-the-box thinking and not afraid of challenging the status quo. It was an interesting career but a job burnout and existential crisis prompted me to search and found my life's calling.
