Carlisle is a UX Designer at Forum One, a DC-area full service digital agency working with mission-driven organizations. Carlisle plays a key role in advising and working with clients such as the Smithsonian's National Museum of African American History and Culture and USAID's Global Innovation Exchange, on implementing effective UX practices. She earned her BA in Psychology & Writing, Rhetoric, and Technical Communication from James Madison University and her MA in Professional Communication, cognate in User Experience Design from Clemson University. Outside of her role at Forum One, Carlisle is the CCO and co-founder of Goat Rodeo, Washington DC’s first audio network.
