Carl is the Inclusion and Diversity Program Manager with Staples Inc., where he leads enterprise-wide initiatives, incorporating diversity and inclusion practices to align and scale strategic organizational outcomes. He's spent the last 8+ years developing and implementing strategies for diverse talent attraction and engagement in various sectors, including nonprofit, finance, technology, and consulting. Carl works to foster and sustain a culture (systems, processes, behaviors, values) of belonging where each employee can bring their authentic self to work every day. Motivated by his intersectionality of being a black, gay, immigrant, he is passionate about every opportunity to partner with organizations and individuals to advance inclusion awareness and accountability.
