He has worked as part of multi-disciplinary design teams with Philips Design in Asia and in Europe as well as with global companies such as Danone, GSK, J&J, Seagate whilst holding senior agency digital roles at Havas Worldwide and Ogilvy Health.
Carl feels that there is a perfect storm at the moment where consumer experience has become a real differentiator for the customer and that experiences designed from a customer-centric standpoint enabled by the appropriate adoption of digital technology in a properly transformed organisation have the ability to delight customers whilst driving huge competitive advantage.
