Carl has a wealth of experience working in Digital, Design Thinking and innovation as it pertains to building and working with brands on UX, Digital transformation and customer experience programs.
He has worked in Singapore for nearly 20 years and delivered training, workshops and other programs to Singapore based businesses as a government sanctioned supplier as well as working with MNCs across the globe.
He has worked as part of multi-disciplinary design teams with Philips Design in Asia and in Europe as well as with global companies such as Danone, GSK, J&J, Seagate whilst holding senior agency digital roles at Havas Worldwide and Ogilvy Health.
Carl feels that there is a perfect storm at the moment where consumer experience has become a real differentiator for the customer and that experiences designed from a customer-centric standpoint enabled by the appropriate adoption of digital technology in a properly transformed organisation have the ability to delight customers whilst driving huge competitive advantage.
