Caleb is Managing Director of Owl, Fox & Dean— an organizational design firm based in Boston, MA with presence in Portland, OR and San Francisco, CA. He and his team work at the intersection of organizational design, change management, and leadership development to help bold companies and individuals increase their capacity to evolve and generate value for people and place.
His work blends the disciplines of systems thinking, design, business strategy, organizational development, sustainability, and storytelling. He has a degree in Environmental Design from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and an MBA in Sustainable Systems from the Bainbridge Graduate Institute at Pinchot. He is also involved with his wife’s family’s 41 year-old business, Cambridge Naturals, in Porter Square.
