Caitlin Dohrman has worked in technology for 13 years as an engineer, program manager and product manager. Her passion is bringing together engineering teams and end users to build products that will be used, loved and pushed to their limits. Caitlin was an implementation lead and product manager at Palantir Technologies from 2011-2018, where she saw the company grow in size by 10x, helped build the Palantir Gotham and Foundry platforms, led deployments of those platforms for a diverse set of US Government customers and expanded the business in the national security sector. In those years, Caitlin learned the value of a solid technical foundation, end user focus, and growth mindset.
Caitlin is now leading technical delivery and operations for the growing US Government business of Improbable, an emerging leader in distributed simulation technology for planning, training and decision support.
