Brittany started off as a developer and eventually moved into Product Management when we realized she had a lot of opinions on what and how to build software. Throughout her experience she has been involved with everything from B2B API products to B2C dvd rental products, even obtaining a patent along the way. She is Director of Product and UX for an HR tech startup, called WeSolv. At WeSolv she has blended her love for product development and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion by creating a product aimed at leveling the playing field and removing the bias from hiring.
