Bridgette Gray
Executive Vice President, Per Scholas
As a member of the Per Scholas National Leadership team, Bridgette serves as the Executive Vice President of Program - managing program operations for all six training sites. Previously, Bridgette lead Per Scholas in the National Capital Region out of our downtown Silver Spring, MD location. Bridgette has spent more than 20 years helping people access and benefit from training and employment opportunities. She has led workforce development initiatives in the National Capital Region for several years, first as the Deputy Director for Year Up, an IT training organization for young adults; and next as the Executive Director for Career Team, an organization that provides training, case management and job placement services for the District’s most hard-to-serve residents. She has also managed AmeriCorps State and National Programs for the Points of Light Foundation. Bridgette was instrumental in leading Per Scholas' cybersecurity training efforts in the National Capital Region, including a regional cybersecurity task force, which lead to sizable investments from Symantec and Capital One. Bridgette serves on the Montgomery County Workforce Development Board.
