Brian K. Parker is the manager of Corporate Communications at Navy Federal Credit Union in Vienna, Va, where he oversees the PR of the organization. In his role, Brian helps develop the brand voice, manages media relations and issues management, and runs the Corporate Social Responsibility program. Prior to Navy Federal, Brian served as a civilian public affairs specialist on Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall. Brian served five years on active duty in the United States Army, as a public affairs specialist before transitioning to civilian life. He holds a B.A. in Communication from George Mason University and an M.P.S. in Public Relations and Corporate Communications from Georgetown University.
