Boris Fabrikant is the Associate General Counsel at Usablenet, Inc., a NYC based company founded in 2000 that focuses on optimizing clients' websites for mobile devices. Prior to Usablenet, Boris worked at Deutsche Bank and Royal Bank of Canada as in-house counsel primarily negotiating IP, IT and consulting service agreements. Boris is a graduate of Pace University School of Law and started his legal career as an associate at White & Case, LLP in their IP and IT Transactions group.
