I spent eight years at an agency, leading various technology recruiting teams and offices before moving to Toronto to help establish an international footprint. Moved to SF in 2015 to join Xamarin. Xamarin was acquired by Microsoft a year later, and I stayed on supporting diversity and inclusion recruiting efforts for a year and a half. Joined Hirepool in December to continue the mission of empowering candidates from all backgrounds
