Billy started and launched Magnises in March 2014. He has since been labeled a "Tech Wiz" by Business Insider, a "Mastermind" by Bloomberg, and "The Money Man for Millennials" by Chic Metropolitan. Prior to founding Magnises, Billy founded and lead Spling, a venture backed ad-tech company, which acquired notable customers including Hearst, Discovery, and Universal. Before Spling, Billy studied computer engineering at Bucknell University and graduated from the Pingry School.
