Benjamin Reid

As Founder and CEO of Elasticiti, Ben draws on two decades of trailblazing experience in data and ad operations to guide development of custom data solutions for online media clients. After graduating from Boston University with a BA in English Literature, Ben made paths where none yet existed. As ad operations director for Uproar, Ben built a proprietary Telnet-connected ad server hosted in Hungary. He went on to oversee more than 7 years of growth in sales operations at About.com, to create the Online Ad Reporting XML data exchange adopted by the Interactive Advertising Bureau for its e-business initiative, and to grow DMP and cooperative business as a GM at Nielsen company eXelate.
He was an early member of AdMonsters and served on the IAB Ad Ops Council for many years. Ben is also the Founder and Host of the NY Yield Meetup and NY Tableau Meetup.
