After spending a number of years working in the European UX community (London, Germany and Sweden), Ben made the transition to New York to start a new type of consultancy. The Design Team was born in 2013, with the mission of helping companies to build more stable and sustainable design teams, and to help the designers themselves navigate their careers in a more meaningful, considered way. Combining elements of design education, management consultancy, and organisational change, The Design Team helps designers and design-focussed companies to navigate their next steps more clearly and confidently.
