Ben Heebner leads Headspring’s team of Engineers in the company’s Austin headquarters, ensuring the successful delivery of client solutions and supporting technical hiring efforts.
With a passion for creating clear career paths and development opportunities for technical talent, Ben has more than 10 years of experience developing and leading efforts to improve performance and user experience of software solutions for both large enterprises and nonprofits. Prior to joining Headspring, Ben served in Engineering roles for both Lockheed Martin and Madcap Software. He has a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering and a Master’s of Technology Management from Villanova University. Outside of work, Ben can be woodworking, completing home projects and taking road trips across Texas (and beyond!) with his wife Denise.
