I live for a challenge and my motto is – if you don’t like something, change it, or better yet create what you love. After experiencing many roadblocks in my career (from finding my passion to leading with confidence) and speaking with other young professionals dealing with similar issues, I founded BOULD to inspire and help others create careers they love. A career is an opportunity to do meaningful work, challenge oneself and create a more purposeful life. After all, if we’re going to spend most of our time at work, let’s make it exciting!

I bring to BOULD a passion for helping young professionals and a desire to do good business with impact. As the CEO, I lead our company’s vision and strategy. It’s important to me that we create a successful and impactful business to help as many young professionals as possible. I leverage my 10 years of experience working in business development, negotiations, marketing and strategy at large, global companies including the Associated Press, Conde Nast and GroupM.

I received my B.A. from Syracuse University in 2005, and I graduated from Baruch College with an MBA in Marketing in 2014.I live with my husband and son in Hoboken, NJ. On a Saturday night, you’ll find me hanging out with my family and friends, drinking good wine, eating (a lot!) and watching a movie.
