Beckwith Kloss leads Onsite Traffic and Monetization for eBay Marketplaces. The team is responsible for the relevance and personalization of all content and promotions. Beck joined eBay in 2011 to run part of eBay’s Search Science team responsible for the recall and ranking of product search. Later, he managed Algorithmic Merchandising the Bay Area before migrating the function to NYC to merge with the acquisition of Hunch.
Beck gravitates towards products that combine consumer facing experiences with data science and applied algorithms. Prior to eBay he worked as Director of Digital Analytics for Deluxe corporation after receiving his Masters in Analytics from NC State University.
