She is the former Director of Employee Experience at Mailchimp, and is currently working with high-growth, purpose-driven tech companies to align and motivate their employees to the organization’s mission, values and business strategy. Drawing from over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition, strategic human resources, and leadership coaching, Aynn employs design-thinking principles to build employer value proposition, corporate purpose frameworks and employee engagement programs. She is keenly interested in building connections in a multi-generational workforce.
