Ashley is fairly new to the recruitment world but has always had a knack for making fast connections and helping people feel at ease. She made the leap from Redbubble's Customer Support team earlier this year and is quickly learning about all things tech recruitment. Ashley brings a unique operational and customer focused mindset to the Talent space, always taking special care to ensure the user experience (for candidates as well as the internal teams) is friction free.
Ashley has worked on creative content creation in previous roles and gets a rush from putting an 'out-of-the-box' spin on the most basic processes, taking the ordinary to the extraordinary.
