Ashley has been practicing yoga for ten years and recently completed her 500 hour RYT certification under her incredible teachers Christina Sell and Gioconda Parker.
In 2012, Ashley opened Wanderlust Yoga Austin which she currently serves as the owner and Director of. The studio is a partner of Wanderlust Festival, a four day yoga, music and nature retreat that takes place in some of the most beautiful cities in the country.
Ashley's yoga classes are energetic, uplifting, powerful and light hearted. She inspires students to stand in their strength, find joy in playfulness, cultivate courage amidst difficulty and creates a safe space for healing and peace.
She loves to use yoga as a tool to give back to the community. From hosting fundraiser yoga classes to raise money for charities to teaching at Safeplace women's shelter, she uses yoga as a platform to make a difference.
Ashley is immensely grateful to the Wanderlust Festival and her family for making this dream of Wanderlust Yoga Austin a reality. She hopes you enjoy this studio made with heart and soul, hard work and an insane amount of love.
